Scheduling
Scheduling is easy. You don't need to take time off work, or schedule on a free day. We'll make sure the job gets done right, and on time regardless. Just make sure you don't leave a car in the driveway.

We currently schedule several days in advance depending on availability - sometimes sooner, sometimes later. If you have special needs, i.e. long-term scheduling requests, etc., we're more than happy to accommodate.

NOTE: We cannot schedule by the hour, only by the day due to the nature of the work. Every job is as important as the next and quality takes time!

 

On The Scheduled Day
On the agreed upon date, make sure you have removed any vehicles, boats, trailers, etc. from the driveway. In addition, please remove any garden planters, kid's playgrounds, furniture, etc. from the driveway surface if applicable. If you have automatic lawn sprinklers, make sure they're off at least 24 hours prior to, and following the sealcoating procedure. We'll take care of the rest.
If you're parking on the street, please make sure you leave enough room at the curb for our vehicles to park while we finish the job.

NOTE: Even if you expect to be home when we arrive, please move your vehicles onto the street in the morning.

 

Aftercare
When we complete the job, we'll put up caution tape neatly across the driveway to remind everyone to keep off. After 48 hours, you can discard the caution tape, but please leave our stakes and signs in place for us to pick up.

NOTE: Sealer dries fast, but you'll have to keep the cars off the driveway for 48 hours after the work has been completed. You can safely walk on it after 24 hours. When you do open it up to traffic, tread lightly! No aggressive turning of the tires while the car is idle.

 

Payment
After the work is complete, we'll leave an invoice in the mailbox. We gladly accept Visa and Master Card, personal checks, or cash. Or, if you're home when we do the work, we expect payment upon completion. Thank you for your business!
